The Junction will be a gathering space where you can find farmers markets, lawn games, and craft shows specially planned for the Lariat community. There will be a pavilion for parties, family gatherings, birthday parties, or just because, and plenty of open-space for gathering, playing Frisbee with your furry friends, and practicing Yoga or Tai Chi. You can even challenge each other to lawn games like cornhole and croquet or just laze around on the grass.
Dock & Pond
You will have plenty of stories to tell after taking your kids and grandkids fishing in the pond off our future dock! Our beautiful waterscape will soon be full of opportunities to cast your line for big fish or wrestle with the ones that escape your hook. You will make new memories every time you visit the dock and pond, and only have to walk a short way to get there from your new home.
Dog Park
We can never forget your furry family members, too! Our community will have its own enclosed dog park where pups can run free, chase balls, and roll in the green grass. There will also be plenty of room to throw a Frisbee, play fetch, and try agility moves. Your four-legged friends will love the outdoor fun and bonding with you and other neighborhood pooches.
